1.Data controller
EVESIA is the controller of the data collected on this site. Processing is carried out in accordance with Moroccan law 09-08 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and with the principles of the European general data protection regulation for data subjects within its scope.
2.Data collected
We collect the data you voluntarily provide: identity, company, job title, professional contact details, information about your event project, the content of your messages, and for client area holders, account, order and project data.
3.Purposes
Data is used to answer your requests, prepare proposals, deliver ordered services, manage your client area, issue accounting documents and improve our service. It is never sold or transferred for advertising purposes.
4.Legal bases
Processing relies on your consent for contact requests, on contract performance for orders and projects, on legitimate interest for service security, and on legal obligation for accounting retention.
5.Retention
Unconverted requests are kept for a period limited to the intended commercial relationship. Contractual and accounting data is retained for the statutory periods applicable in Morocco.
6.Processors
We use technical providers for hosting, authentication, file storage and audience measurement. These providers only access data to perform their assignment.
7.Security
Access to client area data is protected by authentication and by row-level access rules enforced at database level. Private deliverables are only accessible to the client concerned.
8.Your rights
You have rights of access, rectification, objection, restriction and deletion. You can exercise them at contact@evesia.ma. A request may also be addressed to the Moroccan national data protection commission.
