This document is a reference legal framework. The company’s statutory identifiers — legal form, share capital, trade register, ICE, tax ID, CNSS and hosting provider — must be completed with official information before going live.
1.Purpose
These terms govern the sale of EVESIA Lab services ordered from the client area, as well as the general framework of event management services, which are covered by a specific contract.
2.EVESIA Lab services
EVESIA Lab packages correspond to defined creative deliverables: number of concepts, number of visuals, summary file, number of revisions and any included meeting. The exact scope of each package is displayed before ordering and restated in the client area.
3.Prices and taxes
Prices are expressed in Moroccan dirhams. Applicable value added tax is added to the amount excluding tax and displayed before the order is confirmed.
4.Order and payment
Orders are placed from the client area. Payment is made by bank transfer following the instructions provided in the client area. No card details are collected by this site. Production starts once payment is validated.
5.Lead times
Production lead times are stated in the client area once payment is validated. They run from receipt of a complete brief.
6.Revisions
The number of included revisions is specific to each package. A revision covers the adjustment of an existing deliverable, not a full change of creative direction, which is subject to an additional quote.
7.Right of withdrawal
EVESIA Lab services are produced to order from your brief. Performance begins once payment is validated, which excludes the right of withdrawal from the start of production.
8.Intellectual property of deliverables
Deliverables are licensed to the client for internal use within the scope of the ordered project. EVESIA retains ownership of its methods, templates and tools. Any public distribution of deliverables requires prior written agreement.
9.Confidentiality
Each party undertakes not to disclose confidential information received in the course of the engagement.
10.Liability
EVESIA Lab deliverables are creative directions, not technical execution documents. Their implementation falls under a separate production contract.
11.Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. The competent courts are those of Casablanca, unless otherwise agreed contractually.
